AGE REQUIREMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet all applicable age requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order when age, identity, payment, or shipping eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.
PRODUCTS AND LAWFUL USE
Our products may include functional mushrooms, mushroom-cultivation supplies, hemp-derived products, CBD products, kratom, kava, Amanita muscaria products, beverages, supplements, accessories, and other lawful retail merchandise.

We do not directly store complete payment-card information when payment is handled by an outside payment processor.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We ship only within the United States and only where the ordered products are permitted.
Hemp-derived cannabinoids, kratom, Amanita muscaria products, vape products, inhalable products, and other regulated merchandise may be unavailable in certain states, counties, cities, or other jurisdictions.
Shipping eligibility is governed by our Shipping, Returns & Replacements Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order that cannot be shipped lawfully or through an available carrier.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Because many products are consumable, ingestible, perishable, personal-use, or subject to strict storage and handling requirements, all sales are final once a product leaves our store or has been shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on flavor, size, strength, personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a product’s subjective effects.

We may reschedule or cancel a class or event because of instructor availability, weather, safety concerns, insufficient registration, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel an event, we may offer a replacement date, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
